This thread was not intended to voice your opinion about people on this board; it was to voice an opinion on the lounge's closing.

I for one would like to see the lounge open. I liked the all-in-fun mud slinging. But, if the posts are going to be mean and vindictive then I'd rather just see it go away.

All posts that I removed as of late from the Lounge were reviewed by moderators in triplicate (from varying parts of the world).

In fact, many (most?) of the posts deleted were mine. I had mentioned in a post directed to NateO that I didn't care if my posts were deleted and I was in fact surprised that they had not yet been deleted.

So, I don't know about the other posts but I had given the ok before hand to delete my posts (not that it was needed.)
