I am in N America, Post #14, and it works fine here. Saying that, I have had that message on occasion. Waiting for a while did the trick for me although I can't remember how long the "waiting for a while" was.

Ah, so the problem is on ExcelForum's side... this is good to know. And it is also good to know they are working on fixing the problem. Thank you so much for telling me this. I am going to mark your reply as the Answer. As for changing the server for my VPN... I am not sure how to do that, so I'll have to check with Norton (my VPN provider) to see how to do it (I looked at my VPN settings but did not see a way to force the VPN server). Thanks again for your reply.

You should be able to choose your server quite easily? I just have to click on a location from my VPN provider to change all over the world

My VPN is disabled. My grandson insists that it is more of a hindrance than help.
Of course I am in no position to argue with him over this!!!!!!!

I just checked, and, admittedly I have not been there in a few months, but it is completely loaded down with ads. Popups, banners and footers.

I do not remember those before.

Your browser might be blocking it because of all the ad content on it?
