Ah, so the problem is on ExcelForum's side... this is good to know. And it is also good to know they are working on fixing the problem. Thank you so much for telling me this. I am going to mark your reply as the Answer. As for changing the server for my VPN... I am not sure how to do that, so I'll have to check with Norton (my VPN provider) to see how to do it (I looked at my VPN settings but did not see a way to force the VPN server). Thanks again for your reply. From info I gathered at EF, their tech people are working on it, and it seems to be only affecting people in North America. So if it's not solved yet perhaps use a European server on your VPN?
Thanks Alan... if you look at @arthurbr's reply, they appear to be aware of the problem and are trying to fix it. Although your contacting them to let them know I am still having a problem (here in the US), it might be useful information for them.Rick,
I just logged into the EF site and there appears to be no error on my side. I'll let Ford and Jeff know of this issue you are having and see if they can get Tech Team to help. They may contact you via email which is available to them. I wonder if your IP address has been erroneously blocked. I suggested that they look at that as an issue.
Alan
Catch-22. I can't reach the site myself so do not have access to email addresses at this time. They may contact you via email which is available to them.
Argh!Catch-22. I can't reach the site myself so do not have access to email addresses at this time.
Ford has been having a difficult recovery from shoulder surgery and is off work for several weeks. I don't think he's spending a lot time on the forum right now.
