Hi everyone,
To start with, doing the formatting is not the problem (I think).
I have two columns that I want to format, The first highlights the number 0 as orange fill, numbers from -1 to -200 as red fill and numbers from 1 to 200 as green fill. Easy enough, load up three formats in the highlight cells rule.
In the second column much the same, 0 is orange fill, -.05 to -2 is green fill and .05 to 2 is green fill, again just do three formats in the highlight cells rule.

What I would like to know is if it is possible to save these formats to use in other workbooks. Currently I need to open up another workbook that has this format and use the Format Painter to copy the format from one workbook to another.
With macros they can be saved to your Personal folder to be used in any open workbook, surly we can do this with formatting as well?

Thanks for any help.

Did you consider using a template wb? Or are these individual wb's not structured the same?
