Hi All I was wondering if I can get some tuition. My problem is as follows :

Company spreadsheet has columns for calibration date i.e 1 January 2025 & calibration due I.e (calibration date -30) December 2024 so the equipment can be identified and taken offline to be inspected

I currently use the standard “a date occurring” next month, to identify upcoming equipment need inspection, if I miss a piece of equipment and the month rolls over the conditional formatting rule no longer applies and the ‘fill’ is removed no longer highlighting and standing out.

Can someone explain a formula for conditional formatting that replicate the “a date occurring next month" that is offered in excel as a standard as i wish to lean the how to create a new rule with formula to work with dates and due dates to highlight. If I have not explained myself please ask me for more information. TIA

Michael

One way with your dates starting in A2
Excel Formula:
=AND(A2>=EOMONTH(TODAY(),0)+1,A2<=EOMONTH(TODAY(),1))
