Vlookup function

How to Vlookup for the last matching value from another excel worksheet.Suppose,my table looks like this :


column1 column2 column3

Apple 1
Mango 2
Banana 3
Orange 6
Peach 9
Apple 5

Another Excel Worksheet from which Vlookup has to be done:

Apple July
Mango August
Banana September
Orange October
Peach November
Apple December

I need the result in column3 for each cell of column1
