there may be a difference between 365 and 2024 versions - not sure
But definitely difference between 365 and previous versions , as 365 is ALWAYS updated with new functions , providing you keep the subscription
Also as new functions are released , they will be in 365 BUT not in the standalone - as they dont usually get new functions as part of the update
hence why i now only have the 365 version to get all the latest functions without paying out again
i tend to use this reference to see what version has what functions , although recently not found it that useful

In other words the standalone versions normally have "most" of the features of 365 that have been put on general release at time of release of the standalone.
Anything that is still at the "Insider" / "Beta testing" stage of 365 at that time doesn't get added after it is put on general release to 365 until the next version of the standalone is released.
