VBA - copy value from cell above with a certain color

Good day,

Need any suggestions for a code to put me on the right track. Code must search for the first cell above that contains a certain color and copies its value.

If a value is entered into cell D1, cells below that have a meaning in column B, copy the value of the first cell above with the a grey color. If D1 value is deleted or changed, cells below update there values according.
