vba conditional format

Good-morning to everyone.
Can anyone help me with my problem?
I want to compare to columns A and B and color A cells.
The parameters are the following.
If cell B is a negative number then cell A must be red.
If cell B is bigger than cell A then cell A must be green.
If cell B is bigger than 0 and smaller than cell A then cell A must be yellow.
It is necessary all the rules to work together.
I really need your advice.
