Unwanted conversion of formulas to values

My formulas keep converting to values after saving and closing a spreadsheet, then reopening them. Is there an setting I need to change? Thanks.

Saving a file in the csv format only saves the values in the cells. See https://support.office.com/en-us/ar...mats-8fdd91a3-792e-4aef-a5bb-46f603d0e585#bm4. All formatting, formulas, charts and other objects are not saved.
