Transfer Lbs into Kg.

I'm looking for a formula that would transfer a number of Pounds ( Lb ) into Kilograms ( Kg ).

I have in F10: 253.6 Lbs and I would like in G10 in Kg.

What I did in G10 is this : =F10*45359237/1000

1 Lb is equal to : 453gr but to be more precise I did put the exact number gr. : 45359237.

and that give me : 11503103 but I would like the grams to be separate from the Kilo by a period ( . ) and only 2 digits after the period.

So the formula should give me this as result : 115.03 Kg

Dave disregard the last question, sometime it's too simple and I don't see it.
