Is there anyway (In Excel or Word I guess) to make those signs that have 10-15 phones numbers at the bottom? The phone numbers generally go vertical instead of left to right. After you print it out, you cut between each phone number allowing people or want your services to "tear off" the phone number.

Excel Facts

Bring active cell back into view
Start at A1 and select to A9999 while writing a formula, you can't see A1 anymore. Press Ctrl+Backspace to bring active cell into view.

Right click the 'cell' and select Text Direction...

You'll probably have to do some resizing as well.

By the way the reason I'm suggesting Word again is because I think, not 100% sure mind you, you might have better luck with the printing issue.

Ok - this (using Word) is working MUCH BETTER than in Excel (including printing - thanks Norie). I need to do one last thing however: I made two rows and 6 columns. I want the bottom line in each of the cells on the first row to be blank (not dotted, just nothing). Can that be done?

Why not just stick in another row and remove it's borders as required?

You can hover your cursor towards the left edge of any cell in a table. Your cursor will become a thick black arrow pointed up and to the right. You can use this to select a cell. Right click there and select Borders and Shading. You'll be able to change them that way. I'd recommend setting the Tables toolbar to visible though.
