SUMIFS with INDEX MATCH for YTD Calculation

Hi guys, need your help with this calc

SUMIFS(INDEX('All data'!$BG$2:$BS$353,0,MATCH('Variance analysis'!$O$3,'All data'!$BG$1:$BS$1,0)),'All data'!$F$2:$F$353,'Variance analysis'!N4,'All data'!$I$2:$I$353,'Variance analysis'!$O$2)

This calc works well for me when I am searching for the sum of values for a particular month

in the above formula I have underlined the reference to the cell for the month I am looking at. In this case Feb'25

My question is how do I do a YTD calculation using the above formula as a base? I need to calculate the sum of values that fit my criteria for Oct'25 to Feb'25
