Subtotals not working correctly?

Hi Guys,

I'm having a problem with some subtotals. The grand total of my subtotal over 45 days is £1,622,646.71.

The only problem is when I paste special and transpose the values and add up the import and export it comes to £1,664,791.68.

Why would this be the case when I'm using the figures from the same subtotal?! Can anyone have a look for me because I've run it by a couple of people and they're both stumped as to why it would happen. The forumlas are correct for calculating 31-45 days and 46-60, same for 61-90 and the 91-180 as far as I can see.

That's a link to my spreadsheet, scanned it with 4 different virus checkers so it's pretty much safe!

Any help on that would be much appreciated because it's confusing the hell out of me!

Hi Yogesh,

Again thanks for the quick response. Is there an approved storage site that would work on your network? It won't let me post attachments on here!

Ah apologies guys, didn't realise. I'll post links in future if I do that! I normally only use this site as you can see I'm new to both!

There's an error in the formula calculation in Sheet MasterList N column.

You used different fundamentals for calculating +45 Days summation in SUMMARY sheet.
And
You used different fundamentals while calculating on master list.
Both don't match. especially import part.
I am getting 1664791.68 as summation on MasterList

I suggest put the formula in N column, the problem will get resolved.

Absolute legend Yogesh, I'll have a look at that this afternoon and I'll come back to you with lots of thanks. Thank you for looking at it in the first place, very much appreciated! Hope Mumbai is hotter than here!

Kind Regards
Jonathan
