Hi There,

I have a pivot table and each month I add the new month. I want to drop the last month so I maintain a rolling 12 weeks. I do not want to have to go into the pivot and relink my chart data. Is there a way to add a field into my data that would automate and refresh just the current rolling months?

Thanks,
J9 :o

I sorted my data and put in your formula but it only gives me the last 12 rows of data. When I go to pivot my field headings are gone and I get exactly what I asked for, so it works...just does not cover all the peramiters I need.

What I would really like help with is a formula for a named range to enter into a pivot table thas says:

Return the most recent 12 months of rolling data for current year with 12 columns of static data and 40,000+ rows of dynamic data. My data has many entries for each month so sorting and counting back does not work, as well as the headings were not included. In Column B where my dates reside, they are Excel dates, i.e. 30807 etc. Yes, I can sort but the amount of current dates may be variable but will be in order.

I REALLY need help with this....pleaze~ I have tried very hard but all this is so new to me.

Thanks,
J9
