Good morning, all.

I am trying to create an Excel spreadsheet that will accurately feed a Mail Merge labels document. In my data, I have the following:

Item Units
ax2 7
ax3 5

But, what I think I need to do is show 7 occurrences of ax2 - to print out 7 labels - and 5 occurrences of ax3, to print 5 labels. There are hundreds of lines like this. I hope I explained this in a way that makes sense and someone is able to help me. Thanks!

Hallo and welcome.
Where do you want to show this?
Do you want to lookup for the value or count all occurances?

The spreadsheet is currently only showing 1 of each occurence. What I want it to do is expand out so that it shows multiple occurences. For example if I have 2 units in stock, I want the value to be in 2 rows. If I have 5 units in stock, I want the value to be in 5 rows. Make sense?

Thanks!
