Hi guys! :)

Here is my problem. I am trying to speed-up a dashboard I update everyday and this dashboard uses a Dynamics 365 extraction which I downloaded and incorporated in my excel database, and which I refresh using the Dynamics 365 excel add-in.

The question is: does anyone know how to refresh my data extraction, executing the "refresh from dynamics 365" add-in through a macro?

I tried to record a macro while I click the refresh button, but it doesn't work as the operation does not get recorded in the macro code. I also tried to look for the addin in the available references in VBA, but I don't really know what name to look for.

Does anyone have experience in this?
I am using O365 ProPlus.

Thank you all for your help ^_^!

Hi,

Refreshing data in Excel task was done by me in Office 365. I am not aware of 365 features full fledged way. In fact i am waiting for your questions solution. I am focusing on AX, NAV and 365 as it is booming technology in Market now a days. Few things in cloud related can be done through third party add-on s better to take a look of those kind of things or better to check with your own code. I have consulted a know Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer for my query. He gave me proper solution now its working fine for me. Hope this info helps you :)
