Greetings and thank you for taking the time to read this. I am having an issue with employee time keeping in excel. I have an 8 sheet workbook with the first 7 sheets having daily time log information representing the days of the week starting with Friday and the last sheet is a summary sheet for the info in the first 7 sheets. On the first 7 sheets there are fields to input multiple job sites locations for each day per employee. An employee could be anywhere between 0 and 4 job sites per day.
What I want to do is to reference all job site cells from the first 7 sheets, per employee, to one cell per employee on the summary sheet WITHOUT duplicates. I used the CONCATENATE function and it works but the problem is that one employee could be at one job site over a period of 1-5 days so duplicates would appear as such:
G&S Gomez, G&S Gomez, G Hilyard, G&S Gomez
What I would like it to do is recognize that there is a duplicate and respond accordingly:
G&S Gomez, G Hilyard
If anyone could help me i would really appreciate it. Thank you for your time
