Referencing a code in a column to fill in names in sheet cells

I have a sheet "Hours" that in column D has names and column E has a job code ex 829

Then I have a sheet named "shuttle miles" where I want to enter drivers name based on the code in cells. The cells are in a row but not skip a couple each time so it goes B E H...

What i'm looking for is a formula that I would but into B E H... that would look up code 829 in "Hours" and return the name from "Hours" sheet but not repeat as I enter them into cells. If there are no other names that have the code 829 return blank.
