why is this not calculating?

=IFERROR(SUM('Game Data'!$E$2:$E$10000,$A$1,'Game Data'!$H$2:$H$10000,"=>1"),"")

"E" is list of names that match "A1" and "H" is numbers greater or equal to 1

Excel Facts

Is there a shortcut key for strikethrough?
Ctrl+S is used for Save. Ctrl+5 is used for Strikethrough. Why Ctrl+5? When you use hashmarks to count |||| is 4, strike through to mean 5.
so the example that you posted.

that we are trying to get working isnt how your data is laid out?

How do you expect someone to help you if the data set you supplied dosent match what you are using?

Im really lost on what you are trying to achieve here.

if you had copied down the formula

the last one would have looked like this

=IF(AND('game data'!E10000='Player games '!A$1,'game data'!D10000>=1),SUMIF('game data'!E$2:E10000,'Player games '!A$1,'game data'!D$2:D10000),"")

This turns up blanks for the player in E8366
=IF(AND('game data'!E10000='Player games '!A$1,'game data'!D10000>=1),SUMIF('game data'!E$2:E10000,'Player games '!A$1,'game data'!D$2:D10000),"")

but this works a treat from E2
=IF(AND('game data'!E2='Player games '!A$1,'game data'!D2>=1),SUMIF('game data'!E$2:E2,'Player games '!A$1,'game data'!D$2:D2),"")

Hello matey

ok, i thinke either im confused on how your data is laid out, or you have a format issue.
any chance i could get a copy of your file to have a look?
