Need help in writing formula for the query????

In the Spreadsheet I have 2 Sheets.

1sheett for the Complete information about the Employee - Name, Location, Sex, Job Role, Salary.

2sheet only the required fields are - Name, Location, Job Role.

My query is :

If I enter data in the sheet 1 and I click the Command Button in Sheet 1 ( i.e., Generate Report Button ) then automatically the required column information should display in Sheet 2.

For example I have enterd 6 rows of data in sheet1 then all the 6 rows information should display in Sheet 2.

but I need to put command button so that by only entering data in mandatory field my command button will get enabled so the without missing the any data I will get the result in sheet 2

In that case, put in a helper column at the end of the entered data (it can be hidden) that specifies if all the data is in place. If that's the case, the that data is copied over.

I dnt know how to do that.

Could you please help me in putting the helper column.

In a column to the right of you're last column of data, you need to write an AND statement to check if all the required items have been entered (i.e. the cells are not empty). This can then be used to work out which rows to copy.
