Make Table - Created a new field in a query and want to round the number

I want the output to have 1 decimal place. How do I accomplish that with my Make Table query?

Growth_Rate: (Month_Revenue / Prior_month_Revenue) - 1 * 100))

Pct_Growth: Round(([26sp_sales]/[26sp_sales_1yra]-1),1)*100

When I use this round function, for my growth rate calculation, is displaying -30.0 versus -34.6. The raw numbers are (122,264/187,013)-1*100

I'm in the US so I have to use dots instead of commas
but this works for me --- gives -34.6
Debug.Print Round((((122.264 / 187.013) - 1) * 100), 1)
