Creating tables dynamically

I need to create several tables that contain 30+ fields, each of which will have varying field settings (decimal places, text, dates, etc) and rather than manually creating each field, choosing its settings, labelling and so on, can I use some VBA in either Excel or Access to create them dynamically and quickly?

To that good info I'll add that people who come to Access from Excel usually have a way of thinking that some is oft described with phrases like "Excel brain". They say they are quire adept at Excel as if it was an asset when in fact it is most often a liability. In this case it's still possible that each of those tables having "unique" fields does not guarantee the design will be correct. My suggestion would be to review normalization at least. This is what happens when you change the way of expressing a point but miss parts in the edit.
It should have been "that sometimes is described with". Wish we had more than 10 minutes to edit!
