Hello,

I have a form in Excel that has a "print then increment" button.
After printing it increments the number in C1.
For 40 pages of print I do the following process 40 times:
1- click the button.
2- rename the PDF generator file name to the next number.
3- Wait for print to complete.
Repeat from number 1.

Then I combine the files from 01 to 039 to form a single file.

Is it possible to specify the count of 40 and print them all in same PDF file by one click?

Dear djreiswig,

I am officially giving up.
The idea was to reduce the keystrokes.
So far I have typed more than I would have used to generate a few times of 40 pages. :)

So, please accept my gratitude for working with me so faithfully and helping me.

Regards,
Harry

Excel Facts

Create a chart in one keystroke
Select the data and press Alt+F1 to insert a default chart. You can change the default chart to any chart type
Okay, but I think if I had a sample of your sheet, it would be really easy to make this work.

This may take some effort to get it to work the way you want it to, but imagine how much work it can save for years in the future.

I'll give it a go if you can send me a sample.
