It will not work in this particular forum (About This Board). Test in the Test Here forum, with small screen shots.

The basic process is to

- select the area you want to show
- use one of the MrExcel HTML options from the Add-Ins tab (or possibly simpler to right click and use the MrExcel choices from there) to 'Generate Html'
- move to your reply in the forum and 'Paste' (you will see a lot of HTML code not your sheet, but when you submit your post/reply the screen shot should appear.

If you are showing an area that has a lot of repeated forumulas, use one of the options under 'Generate Html (specify option) so that you don't just fill the board up with a whole lot of formulas that are basically the same. Like this, where the formula in B1 is copied down but I have only shown the first one.

Peter_SSs already indicated that you cannot post samples of your spreadsheet in this particular part of the forums.

If you look at the very bottom left of this page you will see "HTML code is Off"
