I don't know about Easy-XLx64

Does Excel jeanie now appear in the Add-Ins tab?

nope, only Easy-XLx64 appears.
Sounds to me like Excel jeanie may not be installed correctly then - which would explain why the Add-Ins tab was not displaying before. It only displays once there is an Add-In to show in it.

I don't really know what is wrong. Let's do a double check on this. In Windows Explorer, track to
C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Office 2010\Office14\Library

Can you confirm that in this folder there is a file called:
EJHTML4_EN.xla

Are there any other *.xla files directly in that folder?

there is one XLAM file, is it right?
another one is EJHTML4_EN, file type is Mirosoft Excel Add-In

There is not really a right/wrong issue there, but as a matter of interest, what is that file's full name?

That sounds OK. I assume this file is actually
EJHTML4_EN.xla
with your windows setting hiding the '.xla' file extension.

You didn't specifically confirm the following. Can you now confirm each of these 3 things?
Just confirming again that on the Developer ribbon
1. you can click Add-Ins there and when you do,
2. Ejhtml4_En is in the list and
3. is checked?

the XLAM file's full name is EUROTOOL.

yup, it is checked.

I'm out of ideas why Excel jeanie is not appearing in a section called 'Custom Toolbars' in the Add-Ins ribbon.
