IF(And statement not showing correct result

I noticed that when I conditions change the result of "Adjustment", "Do Not adjust" does not change

=IF(AND(G2="Complete",N2="TRUE",O2="TRUE",P2="TRUE",Q2="True",R2="True"),"Do Not Adjust", "Adjust")

Assuming you have calculation set to automatic, not manual, please provide the formulas you have in columns G, N, O, P, and Q.

Use =VLOOKUP(A2,CHOOSE({1,2},$Z$1:$Z$99,$Y$1:$Y$99),2,False) to lookup Y values to left of Z values.

I got it!!!
It was the "" within the formulas of the other columns
