How to add if input is empty jump it

I have this formula:

I have a matrix based on different coloumns for each value for every row.

I would add to the formula "if value on the coloumn is empty, jump it". Otherwise I would have like "Coloumn1: " withouht nothing, because there isn't matching value

Your formula doesn't give as result:
-bullet point list
- if the matching value in the row is empty, show the column name

Once again can you please post some sample data using the XL2BB add-in that shows the problem, including expected results.
