How to turn a column of formulas with 400+ rows into absolutes?

I have a huge excel spreadsheet. I have TONS of formulas and they need to be absolutes. The process I am using now is clicking a cell and highlighting the formula in the formula bar and pressing F4. I have been doing this one by one. Is there a way to change a bunch of formulas to absolutes at one time? This process is very slow. Thank you in advance for the advice.
