How can I call a sub to execute once, two minutes after opening a file?

Is there a simple line of code I can add to the workbook open event that will call a sub two minutes later?

How about:

VBA Code: 
    Application.OnTime Now + TimeValue("00:02:00"), "Name_of_Macro_to_Run"
