Highlight cells having multiple dependents in the workbbok

I need a macro that would highlight cells out of selected range of cells before running the macro. Cells having multiple dependents (can be in another sheet also but same workbook) should highlighted out of selected range of cells.

I want cell b4 to be highlighted on running the vba code.
