Help with Extract a Substring in Excel ?

Attn Excel Gurus

I have Email & Social Media contacts details displayed as a Text string, in a single cell, as shown in the screenshot below:

Anyone care to share an Excel Function to extract the Facebook link Substring & output it to a Cell ?

So the Final Output will show:

www.facebook.com/TheKingPostNairobi

As you can see from the screenshot, the String Text is separated by a Semi Colon for the different Social Media links eg Facebook, Instagram...etc, which can be used to formulate the Excel Function.

I also want to extract other Social Media links from the String text eg: Email, Instagram, Web...etc

Kindly help.
