Extract characters from Right - till Space

Can anyone advise on how do I extract characters from right, till space.

Example

For Cell value A1 : ABCD 123E

I want to extract 123E and capture that in another column of the same row (say B1).

This worked great, but I have a question. I want to pull everything as above until it hits a "-" how would I structure this formula? With the name below I want to capture "Client Services" since it hit the "-" to the left.
