Hi all,
I am pretty new to MS Access.
I have managed to link an excel table. The excel table has some fields that contain text and others contain numerical numbers (eg 1,012 65%)

When I produce a report in Access, the numerical fields show up as blanks.
When I go into the tables and "double click" on the excel table, the linked tables shows #Num! for the numerical fields.

The fields with text show up ok?

Any ideas?

Thanks

Can you AutoAverage in Excel?
There is a drop-down next to the AutoSum symbol. Open the drop-down to choose AVERAGE, COUNT, MAX, or MIN
Are there formulae in the Excel worksheet?
