Hi
I have linked to an excel table in MS ACCESS.

I have created a report by choosing certain fields.

How do I now add to the report for more fields?
Thanks

Excel Facts

Convert text numbers to real numbers
Select a column containing text numbers. Press Alt+D E F to quickly convert text to numbers. Faster than "Convert to Number"
Not Quite Sure What You're After Here But If you want to add more fields to the report from you're original spreadsheet then open the report in design view and add text boxes to the report ,right click on the text box, select properties and select the data tab select the controlsource from you're list of fields and this should give you the desired result . If you want to add data from another source then you will have to link the datasource either by creating a query and a seperate report or select the query builder from the report properties this will then allow access to the new fields
