<hr style="color:#ebebeb; background-color:#ebebeb" size="1"> Hello Everybody,
could you help me to configure this userform for Excel2003, please?

I want to use this userform but I don't know VBA.
Download here!

Thank you very much.

I've tried to get help at an other forum but there couldn't be helped to me.

I would be very happy if you would paste your code at the same file or an other excel 2003 file.

Excel Facts

Move date out one month or year
Use =EDATE(A2,1) for one month later. Use EDATE(A2,12) for one year later.
You can't just plug code from another userform into your own without changing things, probably a lot of things.

That userform actually uses something I was considering - a drop down of with the fields to search for.

I've not looked closely at the code that does the search but it looks quite simple.

I might take a further look later.

One thing though, do you really need to search?

How many records are you going to have?

Hi Norie,
Okay, the copy&paste-thing doesn't work with VBA :) I've tried it but it's not working..

At the moment are not much records but it will be circa 300 or maybe more at the next time. I think it would be easier with a such/filter function as the manually look for the records.

Hello Norie,

now I have more than 200 records and its getting difficult to look for the data. Do you know an other way how I can search in the Userform?

Now I'm closing the Userform and searching at Excel every time.

Can you upload a sample file?

Obviously don't include any sensitive data, but try and make it a similar no of records.

Also how do you want to search?

A combobox with certain fields where the user can select which field/column to search?

The file is the same as the file in the previous post.
Now I've just added new sensitive datas with similar records like the examples on the existing file which you have coded.
A combobox with certain fields where the user can select which field/column to search?
Yes, this would be the best way.

I would like to search for "Vorname" (Column E), "Nachname" (Column F) or "Behörde/Firma" (Column G).

So you've updated that file with more data?
