Conditional Formatting

I need a Macro for the following scenario.

If a value for Row 1 is Yes & Row 2 IS Yes, Row 3 should should display Green color

If a value for Row 1 is Yes & Row 2 IS No, Row 3 should should display Amber color

If a value for Row 1 is No & Row 2 IS No, Row 3 should should display Red color


Please help

if i use =vlookup with match fourmulae in conditional formatting use fourmulae to determine value window will it hilight the entire the entire row as vlookup with match goes more dynamic, will it highlight the entire row where match finds its criteria??somebody please answer me??i want to apply vlookup with match to diversify the search and want to hilight the entire row where it finds its selection???

mr smitty ur first answer was correct but as i want to make search more diversified by using VL0OKUP with MATCH it should highlight the entire row where MATCH finds its result.i was trying to use VLOOKUP with MATCH fourmulae in conditional formatting but its not working

You'll find some examples of how to use VLOOKUP & MATCH here: http://www.smittypro.com/Blog/?p=224 There's also a companion workbook you can download.

As for how to tie it in with CF you'll need to be a bit more specific. I.E. where the VLOOKUP value is, where the VLOOKUP range is, and which part you want the CF to apply to if the value is found (the value itself, or the found range's row), etc.
