Conditional Formatting

I need a Macro for the following scenario.

If a value for Row 1 is Yes & Row 2 IS Yes, Row 3 should should display Green color

If a value for Row 1 is Yes & Row 2 IS No, Row 3 should should display Amber color

If a value for Row 1 is No & Row 2 IS No, Row 3 should should display Red color


Please help

sorry i didnt notice that

in the sheet 1 of the spread sheet, what i want to do is to give input as a stores no in cell B5 and the and it will show the REGISTER TYPE and RULES
in the cell B7 C7 D7 what i simply want is to simply hilight the entire row.

also i want a sugesstion that the cell cell C& is showing an in error is is because it is in a text format?how to get rid of that?

Download the HTML Maker and add it to your Add-Ins folder (see the Word document that's in the HTML Maker folder).

In Excel goto File-->Options-->Add-Ins-->Manage (Excel Add-Ins)-->Check the HTML Maker. Back in Excel, select the range you want to post-->Goto the Add-Ins Tab-->MrExcel HTML Maker-->Choose the default option (there is no notification, but the code has been saved in the Clipboard)-->Come back here and Ctrl+V to paste the code in your post. When you submit the post the board will render the HTML code into an image.
