hello all. I have a pretty large pivot table. I want to be able to highlight the headers depending on the cell colors of the data.

I have used conditional formatting to highlight cells that have consecutive years (not the cells i wanted to highlight but thats ok)

If a group of data has 1 highlighted cell, color the header blue; if a group of data has 2 highlighted cells color the header green, etc
If there is a better/different way to do this im open to it. I just cant think of a formula that would do this in a pivot table without counting highlighted cells.
Thanks in advance.
