Conditional Formatting - Highlight Rows with the Top 3 Risks

I am building a template risk register and in addition to the conditional formatting I have for High, Medium, Low I would now like the sheet to be able to highlight the TOP 3 risks within the sheet based on the values in column G.

This is an example of how the template looks currently:

And this is how I would like it to pull out the top 3 risks based on the values in column G... top 3 highest values to be highlighted in yellow like so (ideally not going over the RAG colour already in column G)

Excel Facts

Show numbers in thousands?
Use a custom number format of #,##0,K. Each comma after the final 0 will divide the displayed number by another thousand
I think this should work. Check this and revert -

Use below to conditional Format the whole range -

Excel Formula:
=OR($G1=Large($G:$G,1),$G1=Large($G:$G,2),$G1=Large($G:$G,3))
