Conditional formatting- Formula to high light cells using IF based on another formula being FALSE

Hi,

[TD]I'm trying to build a simple dashboard based on staffing schedule.[/TD]

[TD]Daily data entered in the first sheet with name, time in and time out with drop down split by qtr hr.[/TD]

[TD]we have 2 teachers for the classroom.[/TD]
[/TR]
[TR]
[TD]Second sheet highlights green in the Qtr hr based on input from sheet 1(used formula in conditional formatting) - FIRST FORMULA[/TD]
[/TR]
[TR]
[TD]Now, if a particular Qtr hr say 7.15 doesn't have any teacher highlighted GREEN, I want the cells highlighted RED. If either one is GREEN, Then no changes required. - SECOND FORMULA[/TD]
