Hi,

I will try and make this all make sense....

I have a spreadsheet with 3 work sheets, A,B,C for ease

sheet A is master, in which I have columns A - K, Column B has a ref number, this ref number is also in Sheet C

on sheet A in column I, I have a drop down list of Y, N, U which I have set in conditional formatting to go green, red and orange respectively

what I want to also happen is the ref number in sheet C (same as ref number in sheet a) to also turn green, red or orange at the same time.

I hope this makes sense, and i hope this is possible.

Thanks
