Hi,

Is it possible with Black & White printing in Excel to make specific cells still print in colour ??

Copy formula down without changing references
If you have =SUM(F2:F49) in F50; type Alt+' in F51 to copy =SUM(F2:F49) to F51, leaving the formula in edit mode. Change SUM to COUNT.

No. The setting is a printer setting, not an Excel setting. The printer either prints Black and White or Color. You can set printer to color then format your Excel sheet so that only certain cells have color.
