Hi everybody,

I am creating a League Table for recurring issues in work. It's almost finished, but I don't know how to add the "total weekly figures" from its cell to the destination cell on the main sheet, "overall total", without creating a new weekly column for each week's data.

Is it possible to have a "weekly figures" sheet that is cleared every week, but the figures entered from the "total weekly figures" cell the previous week are not deleted from the destination "overall total" cell, but the new week's figures are instead added to it as a running total, as the people who will be entering weekly figures are not overly Excel-savvy and just want to enter figures into a simple weekly sheet.

Thank you for any help you can offer, have hit a wall as this is way beyond my Excel capabilities.

There is one more edit for consideration.

If you were to right click on a sheet TAB, a small menu list appears. In this list is a selection VIEW CODE. That will take the user directly to VBE where the macros sit
and could potentially be a problem if curious eyes were to wander about in there.

If this is something you believe the employees may be prone to investigate, we can add a little code to the project and disable that menu selection.
Let me know.

How to calculate loan payments in Excel?
Use the PMT function: =PMT(5%/12,60,-25000) is for a $25,000 loan, 5% annual interest, 60 month loan.

Hi, I can't seem to open the link. It downloads as a list of files? Thanks

I don't understand why it isn't working for you.

Here is a different link to DropBox.com : Dropbox

When I download the file here and then open it ... Windows is wanting me to save the file again. I clicked on CANCEL to make that go away. So long as the file remains in the
download folder, it continues to ask to be saved when opening the file.

I moved the file to my desktop and it stopped asking to be saved. There maybe temporary files left in the download folder from the attempts to open the workbook there. Delete those
temp files. If you receive a message that the temp file cannot be deleted because it remains open ... check the small menu bar at the bottom of your desktop and see if it shows there.
If so, close the temp file from there then delete it.

Are you still interested in this project ?

If so ... I've made more improvements and can provide another link for you to download this edited workbook.

Thanks, I’ve been off work this week so will be getting back to it over the weekend before I’m in again next week.

Here is the last link to my final version of the workbook. I can't think of any more improvements until you review and suggest changes. Thanks.
