Adding a worksheet

Can someone show me the proper way to add a new worksheet to a workbook. Thanks.

That code will add a new sheet with name 'Sheet1' and will hide the rest. Only problem I can see with it is if there is already a sheet called 'Sheet1'. Therefore it cannot be run twice or it will error as it has already created the 'Sheet1' sheet. What are you seeing if you are getting error? I cant see a problem.
