Hello,

I need advise on how can i do the sets of data from vertical to horizontal. here is the example below.

IDCatergoryDescr
11111
Sales IDUUAD
11111
OriginUS
11111
PurVar
5
11111
DecrDelta
22222
OriginTH
22222
PurVar
7
33333
Sales IDUUAT
33333
OriginDE
33333
DecrDelta_XR

Result:

IDSales IDPurVarOriginDecr
11111
UUAD
5
USDelta
22222

7
TH
33333
UUAT DEDelta_XR

Result may not always having all the heading and i want to have all headings to be concrete, or will it be possible that we can get the value of Descr if criteria is ID and "Sales ID", ID and "Origin" etc...

Excel Facts

How to find 2nd largest value in a column?
MAX finds the largest value. =LARGE(A:A,2) will find the second largest. =SMALL(A:A,3) will find the third smallest
Can you show the source data as they are listed in Access? My guess is that your Access source data and the data in your first post no longer match.

Hi Peter,

The source data is the first set of data and that is the result of several queries updated into one table. Then next thing to do is to make it like a template(horizontal) in the second set of my sample, the header should be fixed value and that i need to put the value on the columns.

Me neither. Must be something wrong about my table records. In that case the OP has a solution.

I got the solution now, i use the transform and have created query to append to my created table with predefined headings. Thank you.
