Apply sublist to groups list in vba

Please is it possible to create sublists to groups of items list through a combo box drop down list such that each time you select a group a sublist displays all items belonging to the group?. For example if Chocolate represents a family of chocolates the when select chocolate from drop list a sub list of all chocolate brands should display.
