y-axis labels

I so dislike charts. I don't have the original workbook, but I had to recreate this chart with different data. I've done everything but create a y-axis that repeats the numbers as demonstrated:

Does this have to do with the major and minor bounds? Please help. Thanks in advance.
 
I give up. It's almost 2 am. They're going to have to live with it the way it is. :LOL:
Just set decimals to 0 and there you go (even though rom the objective point of view it is really better with decimals).

Excel Facts
