World Time Calculations

I need to calculate times in different cities throughout the world. E.g. Need to put a time next to one city and the rest of the cities needs to be calculated and display the correct times against the names. I do understand that GMT differences come somewhere in the equation, just have no idea where to start. Please assist

Start by downloading a database that lists cities and their time zones. Here's one:
