Worksheet menu

I have a growing workbook, and want to be able to index the worksheets from a front sheet, either by buttons or list or ?? and go to a selected sheet from the this 'index'

I have been playing with this all afternoon, but cannot get a way to select the worksheet from a list.

Yet again, I bet there is someone out there who has done just this.
Anyone know how?
